What is local? For us local is anything from the Garden State of course but also the produce we may source from our neighbors in New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland. Spring, summer, and fall gives us the opportunity to navigate our local deals to bring fresh sustainable produce to our clients. Although challenging at times, our pledge to our customers and to our local farmers is to source locally grown produce as much as possible throughout the season.  Feel free to ask us what is local this week!
